RESUMOOs objetivos foram desenvolver e avaliar uma tecnologia assistiva para a utilização do preservativo masculino por homens deficientes visuais. Estudo de desenvolvimento de tecnologia com a participação de sete sujeitos. Realizaram-se três oficinas entre abril e maio de 2010, todas filmadas, e as falas dos participantes foram transcritas e analisadas por análi-se de conteúdo. Estabeleceram-se três categorias: Sexualidade dos deficientes visuais; Utilização do texto Para DST evitar, camisinha vamos usar, dividido nas subcategorias Discussão dos conceitos e Avaliação do texto e Construção da pró-tese peniana simples. O conhecimento transmitido em relação à DST, a utilização do preservativo na prótese peniana confeccionada pelos próprios sujeitos e a interação durante as oficinas foram fatores eficazes para o estudo. No contexto da saúde sexual, percebe-se a necessidade da realização de trabalhos envolvendo os deficientes visuais, abordando as doenças de transmissão sexual e enfocando o uso do preservativo por essa clientela. It was a technology development study with the participation of seven subjects. Three workshops were performed between April and May of 2010; they were all filmed and the statements of the participants were transcribed and analyzed by content. Three categories were established: Sexuality of the visually impaired; Utilization of the text, For avoiding STDs, condoms we will use, divided in two subcategories, Concept discussion and Text evaluation; and Construction of a simple penile prosthesis. The knowledge transmitted related to STD, the utilization of the condom on the penile prosthesis made by the subjects themselves, and the interaction during the workshops were effective factors for the study. In the context of sexual health, the necessity of developing works involving the visually impaired was noted, addressing sexually transmitted diseases and focusing on the use of the condom by this population. Objective: To validate assistive technology for breastfeeding with a visually impaired individual in the audio Cordel literature (popular and inexpensively printed booklets or pamphlets containing folk novels, poems and songs in Northeastern Brazil) using an online access modality. Methods: Methodological research, conducted from August 2012 to March 2013, with 124 blind individuals, who appreciated technology (Cordel literature) on breastfeeding. Tests for quantitative variables were performed. Results: Most subjects were aged 30-49 years (61.3%), female (51.6%), and high school education (48.4%), non-married (55.6%), and were visually impaired at birth (51.6%). With regard to the assistive technology, the mean showed the topics that were viewed favorably and well evaluated were objective (93.6±10.7), organized (87.0±14.5), audio (86.7±15.6) and motivating (88.9±15.3). Conclusion: After evaluation, the technology achieved the proposed objectives, with good overall organization, structure, presentation strategy and coherence, in addition to enabling proper understanding, having a good audio style, and being motivating and interesting. ResumoObjetivo: Validar tecnologia assistiva sobre amamentação para cegos pessoas com deficiência visual na modalidade literatura de cordel em áudio através do acesso online. Métodos: Pesquisa de desenvolvimento metodológico. Realizada de agosto de 2012 a março de 2013, com 124 pessoas cegas, as quais apreciaram tecnologia (literatura de cordel) sobre amamentação. Realizaram-se testes para variáveis quantitativas. Resultados: A maioria dos sujeitos tinha idade de 30-49 anos (61,3%), sexo feminino (51,6%), cursaram o ensino médio (48,4%), não casados (55,6%), e com deficiência visual de nascença (51,6%). Em relação à avaliação da tecnologia assistiva, pelas médias encontradas, os tópicos foram favoráveis e bem avaliados, objetivo (93,6±10,7), organização (87,0±14,5), estilo de áudio (86,7±15,6) e motivação (88,9±15,3). Conclusão: Após avaliações, a tecnologia atingiu os objetivos propostos, com boa organização geral, estrutura, estratégia de apresentação e coerência, além de apropriada compreensão, bom estilo de áudio, motivadora e interessante.

RESUMOA tecnologia assistiva é um recurso indispensável para pessoas portadoras de deficiência, visto o benefício auferido na qualidade de vida e inclusão na sociedade desses indivíduos. Por meio da análise cienciométrica, o objetivo do presente estudo foi de avaliar a produção científica sobre a temática nos últimos oito anos, nas bases Scielo, PubMed e na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), nas línguas portuguesa e inglesa. Foram selecionados 33 artigos, dos quais a maior concentração ocorreu em 2017. O estado de São Paulo destacou-se pela maior quantidade de publicações e quanto ao periódico, evidenciou-se a Revista Brasileira de Educação Especial. Em termos de classificação Qualis/Capes, prevaleceu o estrato A1 e B1. Quanto a classificação por tipo de deficiência e por público alvo, houve dificuldade em definilas por apresentaram maior prevalência nos itens "outros" e "não consta". Concluiuse que a tecnologia assistiva é ainda pouco explorada no âmbito da pesquisa, e ainda assim, observando-se a dificuldade quanto às classificações por tipo de deficiência e público alvo. São relativamente escassos os artigos publicados sobre a temática. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: pessoa com deficiência, publicações, tecnologia assistiva. ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION ON ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY IN BRAZILABSTRACT Assistive technology is an indispensable resource for people with disabilities, given the benefit they have on the quality of life and inclusion in society of these individuals. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the scientific production on the subject in the last eight years, in the bases Scielo, PubMed and in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), in the Portuguese and English languages. A total of 33 articles were selected, of which the highest concentration occurred in 2017. The state of São Paulo stood out due to the greater number of publications and as for the periodical, it was evidenced the Brazilian Journal of Special Education.
