Currently migraine or migraine affects not only adults, but it is estimated that a large number of children of all ages among the world population manifest the disease, and is among the most disabling problems in the world, according to the world organization of the Health affecting in the development of learning and quality of life. In this sense, the present article aims to: Show the importance of knowing the causes and consequences of migraine in children, especially in the school stage. It also proposes to reflect on the inadequate use of technology as an aggravating factor of the disease. For this, the methodology of descriptive approach was used. The data collected rely on a bibliographic review, selected from books, dissertations, websites, google academic, and other scientific documentation inked to databases such as SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PUBMED (National Center Biotechnology Information) of the last 20 years. Also for a greater direction of the research was necessary the use of the keywords like: School, diagnosis, headache, neuroscience. In the face of the analyzes and discussions, we can perceive the most accepted theoretical cause currently on migraine, are of hereditary characteristics. This has marked repercussions on the quality of life of children in the school phase, since they can not develop their own daily activities and school, causing a low income in the development of learning, and quality of life due to crises. Therefore, there is a need for greater reflection on the part of everyone, about migraine and its causes.
