Avaliação do método imunoenzimático (ELISA) para diagnóstico da infecção por Helicobacter pylori em crianças e adolescentes

Abstract: ELISA method had good sensitivity in children older than 10 years, using the cutoff 5 U/mL, but the specificity was low.
