Abstract: INTRODUÇÃOAs anisotropias alfabéticas são formas de estrabismo em que o tamanho do ângulo de desvio horizontal varia entre supraversões e infraversões, ou seja, apresentam incomitâncias horizontais quando os olhos se movem para cima e para baixo, ao redor de um eixo frontal que passa pelo centro de rotação do olho, o eixo X de Fick.
