Abstract:RESUMOOs autores relatam os casos de 3 meninos com ginecomastia pré-puberal, de etiologias incomuns. No primeiro caso, ginecomastia bilateral teve início aos 5 anos e 10 meses de idade e foi relacionada com realimentação após doença celíaca.
