“…Essa intensificação tem sido concretizada através do recurso a instrumentos de regulação tipicamente burocráticos, sendo também visível a emergência de outros modos de regulação, com características pós-burocráticas (MAROY, 2009), baseados nos resultados, na avaliação e na prestação de contas.
