Light-emitting diode stimulates radiodermatitis recovery

Abstract: To evaluate the effect of light-emitting diode (LED) in an experimental model of radiodermatitis. Methods: Ten male Wistar rats weighing 200-250 g were analyzed. Radiation was delivered in a single dose (20 Gy with Strontium-90 dermatological plaques), two areas per animal.
