“…On the other hand, the review of scientific production in the study of user experience in education in the case of Web of Science and Scopus analyzed the total publication registered in the indexing systems taken as a case study, where a sample of 194 records was obtained, resulting in the following conclusions: 80% of the records were produced in the last 5 years; 65.5% of the scientific production, articles on academic and scientific events in both Web of Science and Scopus predominated; 28.9% of the records were composed of articles published in scientific journals; 3.04% between books and chapters of scientific dissemination; and 0.50% of editorials.
