Abstract: Resumo O artigo tem por objetivo contribuir com análises sobre o contato proporcionado pelas audiências de custódia entre custodiados e atores do sistema de justiça criminal, sobretudo com juízes, e em que medida esse encontro impacta (ou não) a produção da decisão judicial.
