A via portuária de Salvador: mobilidade na capital baiana a partir de intervenções viárias

Abstract: Este artigo analisa as contribuições do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC) na obra rodoviária da Via Portuária (Bairro do Cabula-Salvador/BA). Como essa obra é capaz de proporcionar maior mobilidade? Utilizou-se pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica entre os anos de 2007 (início do PAC) a 2010 (finalização da primeira etapa do PAC).
