Indicadores de estresse e estratégias de enfrentamento em professores de ensino multisseriado

Abstract: ResumoEnsinar em classes multisseriadas pode ser estressante, especialmente em zonas rurais, devido ao deslocamento e falta de recursos. Este estudo identificou estressores percebidos no trabalho, avaliou o estresse, a ansiedade e as estratégias de enfrentamento correlacionando-os com variáveis pessoais e do trabalho de 21 professores responsáveis por duas a três séries/classe, com 16,4 alunos, em média.
