Abstract: Resumo O artigo apresenta as condições do trabalho docente em uma universidade pública brasileira em contexto de mudanças no setor da educação. O objetivo é analisar as percepções de docentes sobre o trabalho em relação à organização do trabalho e às implicações no binômio saúde/doença.
