Construção da Matriz de Competência Profissional do enfermeiro em emergências

Abstract: Objective: To propose a Professional Competency Matrix for the nurse working in emergency services. Methods: This is a descriptive study that details quantitative, nominal and conceptual aspects of the proposed competencies.
