Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of adding levels of emulsifier based on soy lecithin and enzymatic complex (xylanase, β-glucanase, galactosidase, protease, amylase, and β-mannanase) on the basal diet during the raising of free-range broiler chickens.
