Burnout syndrome should not be underestimated

Abstract: SUMMARY OBJECTIVES: Burnout syndrome can be seen among health professionals at every stage of their careers. The incidence of burnout syndrome among health care professionals has increased in recent years and varies between countries and depending on different areas of specialization and work units.
