Carcaça e componentes não carcaça de cordeiros terminados em confinamento com caroço de algodão na dieta

Abstract: RESUMO O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar as características de carcaça e dos componentes não carcaça de cordeiros terminados em confinamento, com diferentes proporções de caroço de algodão na dieta. Foram utilizados 45 cordeiros, machos, não castrados, da raça Ile de France.
