Abstract:  RESUMOA bactéria Streptococcus agalactiae é um potente agente causador de surtos por doenças bacterianas em peixes. O estresse provocado pelo manejo zootécnico e pela má qualidade ambiental torna a tilápia susceptível às infecções por essa bactéria.
