Abstract: Resumo Contexto A síndrome de May-Thurner (SMT) é a compressão da veia ilíaca esquerda (VIE) entre a artéria ilíaca direita e o corpo vertebral associada à hipertensão venosa crônica unilateral no membro inferior esquerdo.
