Psychometric properties of the Exercise Benefits/Barriers Scale in Mexican elderly women

Abstract: Objective: analyze and assess the psychometric properties of the subscales in the Spanish version of the Exercise Benefits/Barriers Scale in an elderly population in the Northeast of Mexico. “…Percepción de beneficios y Barreras: Se utilizó la Escala de Beneficios y Barreras para el ejercicio (EBBE), versión en español (Pender, Noble, Sechrist, 1987;Enríquez-Reyna et al, 2017).
