Abstract: Resumo O direito moderno eurocêntrico é um instrumento poderoso de reprodução do colonialismo, promovendo exclusões abissais e circunscrevendo o horizonte de possibilidades à narrativa linear de progresso. A linha abissal é, pois, tanto epistemológica como jurídica.
