Abstract: A B S T R A C T ObjectiveEstimate the intake of phenolic compounds by the Brazilian population. MethodsTo estimate the average per capita food consumption, micro data from the National Dietary Survey and from the Household Budget Survey from 2008 to 2009 was analyzed.
