Abstract: Resumen Este estudio tuvo como objetivo comprender el concepto de salud mental desde la perspectiva de los pueblos indígenas de Colombia. Se realizó una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo histórico hermenéutico a través de entrevistas a una muestra intencional estratificada de 10 líderes con experiencia en el tema de salud indígena.
