“…This method is one of the most frequently applied statistical approaches for developing social prediction models with binary results [91,92]. Logistic regression has been used with the Karasek model for example [93][94][95] and specifically in the field of nursing (for example, [96][97][98]). This method allows the determination of the probability that a certain event-good balance between personal and professional life-will occur compared with the probability that the opposite event will occur.…”

Social support at work can be defined as an assistive function performed by co-workers and supervisors in the form of meaningful practical, emotional, informational, and instrumental support in stressful situations [31,33,34,35]. This extended model became known as the job demand-control-support model (JDCS) [26,27].…”

“…Satisfactory (positive) perception about Socio-professional relationships at work, as occurring in this sample, tends to act as a predictor of well-being at work and also to represent a protective factor regarding workers' mental health. Social support from interpersonal work relationships (Birolim, Mesas, González, Santos, Haddad, & Andrade, 2019) may contribute to lower stress levels among teachers. The greater the satisfaction with peer relationships, the lower the levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, professional fulfillment, and burnout (Dalcin & Carlotto, 2017).…”
