“…This paper aims to address chronic disease experiences regarding their implications on children and family lives. Chronic illness is defined as "a disease of long duration and generally slow progression" 1 ; its impacts are long-lasting and reflect not only on the individual but also on his/her social and familiar networks 2,3 .
