Abstract: O objetivo do estudo foi identificar a prevalência de hipertensão arterial sistêmica em adolescentes estudantes do 3º ano do ensino médio de escolas públicas estaduais dentro do município do rio de Janeiro com idade entre 17 e 19 anos, bem como investigar as associações de hipertensão arterial sistêmica com obesidade e níveis de atividade física.
