Ex vivo and in vitro poultry intestinal models to evaluate antimycotoxins additives

Abstract: In vitro tests are performed to evaluate the efficacy of antimycotoxins additives (AMAs); nevertheless, such assays show a low correlation with in vivo trials, which are also required to determine AMAs’ efficacy.
