Occurrence and antimicrobial resistance of bacteria in retail market spices

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the microbiological quality and the transmission of multidrug-resistant bacteria in different spices sold in town fairs (local food markets) in the municipalities of Recôncavo Baiano.
