Abstract: The objective of this study is to research the genetic diversity of the ‘ Zuijinxiang ’ grape and its mutant breeding F1 plants, we screened the excellent mutant plants with potential breeding value. 50 mutated single plants obtained from 137Cs-γ irradiated ‘Zuijinxiang’ grape seeds were used as research objects, and SCoT molecular marker technology was used for genetic diversity and variation analysis, and clustering research was carried out. The results showed that: (1) 36 SCoT primers produced abundant poly… Show more

“…Furthermore, the higher number of alleles per locus and number of effective alleles, the more polymorphic was the population and reflected the size of the population variation. In this regard, our results showed that the mean of the observed number of alleles (1.79, 1.81) was less than (Na) the means reported by [ 52 ] and higher than the means reported by [ 53 ] using SCoT and ISSR, respectively. Using ISSR markers, [ 54 ] found that the average of (Ne) was (1.63) for Pistacia Vera , which was higher than the values obtained in the present study (1.25, 1.24) for ISSR and SCoT, respectively.…”

“…Among the total, 41 were polymorphic bands, with 41.84% of polymorphism (Table 4). The SCoT and ISSR markers have successfully been used in the determination of genetic relationships in plants (Bashandy, 2016, Basheer-Salimia and Mujahed, 2019and Yue et al, 2019. A significant difference was noted between detected polymorphism by the two markers.…”

“…The ratios of A260/A280 varied from 1.81 to 1.96. The quality of DNA was also tested by PCR, which confirmed that the DNAs were suitable for PCR reaction (Ibrahim et al 2019;Yue et al 2019). The parameters for the SCoT protocol from Manilkara sample were also studied.…”

“…Their SCoT results were generated from 36 SCoT primers. The polymorphic rate was 100% among the 51 grape germplasm resources, reflecting a high degree of genetic diversity in the samples they examined and indicated that SCoT technique is in accordance with their fruit characteristics (Yue et al 2019). In addition, Zeng et al (2014) also considered SCoT is molecular marker genes, which could provide more evidence for breeding programs.…”
