Abstract: RESUMO Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a qualidade de vida no domínio da espiritualidade, da religiosidade, de crenças pessoais e fatores associados em idosos longevos. Para isso, foi utilizado o questionário World Health Organization Quality of Life -Spirituality, Religiousness and Personal Beliefs, através de um estudo descritivo, transversal, com a participação de 100 idosos.
