Predictors of Retirement Adjustment: A Comparative Study Among Occupations

Abstract: This research investigated differences in retirement adjustment among workers in occupations classified by the RIASEC typology. The literature reports that this adjustment varies depending on individual access to resources such as health, finances, and personal attributes.
