Pathological traits and adaptability as predictors of engagement, job satisfaction, burnout and workaholism

Abstract: This study aimed to test the predictive capacity of pathological traits of personality and career adaptability on four constructs that compose the well-being at work: work engagement, job satisfaction, burnout, and workaholism.
