Abstract: RESUMO Os estudos acerca dos rituais humanos têm mostrado que as mudanças ao longo da vida, incluindo a morte de entes queridos, precisam ser marcadas, pontuadas, de forma que estes acontecimentos recebam a consideração necessária.
