Abstract: Background: Hepatopancreatoduodenectomy is one of the most complex abdominal operations mainly indicated in advanced biliary carcinoma. Aim: To present 10-year experience performing this operation in advanced malignant tumors. Methods: This is a retrospective descriptive study.
