Abstract: Objetivou-se avaliar a relação entre o consumo de alimentos fora de casa e alterações em biomarcadores de doenças crônicas em adolescentes brasileiros. Trata-se de um estudo transversal em que foram utilizados os dados do Estudo de Riscos Cardiovasculares em Adolescentes (ERICA), conduzido com 36.956 adolescentes, em 2013/2014.
