Ainda é possível que os países em desenvolvimento façam seu catching up no século XXI?

Abstract: RESUMO No presente artigo discorre-se a possibilidade de países em desenvolvimento (PED) ainda realizarem seu catching up no contexto do século XXI. Para isso, são analisados alguns casos emblemáticos de desenvolvimento - Inglaterra, Estados Unidos, Japão e Coreia do Sul.
