Objective: To demonstrate in the national and international literature the concept and typologies of entrepreneurship in Nursing. Method: Integrative review in six databases, with the descriptors entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial, entrepreneurialism, intrapreneurial, iniciativa empresarial, contrato de risco, nursing, nurse, nurses, enfermagem and enfermeira, making a final sample of 31 articles. Results: The concept of entrepreneurship in Nursing is related to personal and professional characteristics, such as autonomy, independence, flexibility, innovation, proactivity, self-confidence and responsibility. The typologies found were: social and business entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship. Social entrepreneurship is a mechanism of social mobilization and transformation, entrepreneurship is one in which nurses are autonomous professionally and intrapreneurship relates to corporate entrepreneurs. Conclusion: Entrepreneurship can increase the visibility of the profession and foster the creation of new spaces for nurses.

Learning through research: from teaching science to the sphere of nursing care

Objective: To understand the connections established between the teaching of research in undergraduate school and reflections on the context of nursing care based on the meanings assigned by nurses and undergraduate nursing students. Method:Qualitative research, the theoretical and methodological frameworks of which were Complexity Theory and Grounded Theory.Sixteen nurses and nine undergraduate nursing students participated. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Results:The study revealed that aspects that structure and maintain the scientific practice of nurses are connected with the teaching of nursing in undergraduate school. The transversality of teaching of research and strategies adopted by professors influence this process. Conclusion: In the nursing field, learning through research requires strategies that contextualize research within the context of care delivery, so that students perceive science as an element that structures their profession. For that, research should be a non-linear, transversal procedure that takes place over the course of the undergraduate program.Keywords: Nursing; Science; Knowledge Management. resumen Objetivo: Comprender las conexiones entre la enseñanza de la investigación en la graduación y sus impactos en el contexto asistencial de enfermería a partir de los significados atribuidos por enfermeras y estudiantes universitarios de enfermería. Método:Investigación cualitativa cuyos referenciales teórico y metodológico fueron, respectivamente, la Teoría de la Complejidad y la Teoría Fundamentada en Datos. Participaron 16 enfermeras y nueve estudiantes, con recolección de datos por entrevista semiestructurada. Resultados: Los puntos estructurales y mantenedores de la práctica científica del enfermero presentan conexiones con la enseñanza de la investigación a nivel universitario. Impactan la transversalidad de la enseñanza y las estrategias adoptadas por los profesores. Conclusión: En la enfermería, el aprendizaje mediante la investigación necesita estrategias que contextualicen investigación con realidad asistencial, para que los estudiantes perciban la ciencia como elemento estructurante de su profesión. Así, la investigación debe ser procesual, no linear, transversal en el curso de graduación.

Resumo Objetivo: Conhecer os desafios ao desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras na perspectiva de enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança. Métodos: Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, descritivo e exploratório. Participaram 12 mulheres, enfermeiras, em posição estratégica de liderança, em diferentes organizações e serviços de saúde de um município do Sul do Brasil. Foi aplicada a entrevista semiestruturada como técnica de coleta, no período de setembro a novembro de 2017. A análise de conteúdo temática se deu seguindo as etapas de pré-análise, exploração do material, tratamento dos resultados e interpretação. Resultados: Foi desvelado que as enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança visualizam desafios importantes no desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras, representados pelas estruturas descritas nas categorias temáticas: Movimentos da ação empreendedora por enfermeiras em posição estratégica de liderança; Empreender em posição estratégica de liderança: situações (i)mobilizadoras; O aprender a empreender: desafios de uma responsabilidade avançada. Conclusão: No contexto do estudo, a posição ocupada pelas enfermeiras representa oportunidade ímpar na disseminação de uma cultura empreendedora em diversos cenários de atuação profissional, pelo seu potencial estratégico na condução de pessoas e processos, bem como no estímulo ao desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras no gerenciamento do cuidado e na gestão de serviços de saúde e enfermagem. O estudo desperta para a necessidade de buscar caminhos e possibilidades que permitam gerenciar os paradoxos que permeiam a condição nem sempre favorável do ser mulher enfermeira em cargo estratégico de liderança nas instituições de saúde e de ensino.
