Nursing diagnoses in primary health care consultations to newborns

Abstract: Objective: To describe and analyze nursing diagnoses established on newborns’ medical consultations in a primary health care service. Method: Descriptive, analytical and quantitative study performed in a primary health care clinic in São Paulo.
