Abstract

The communication process and the interpersonal relationship reach their objectives and the reciprocal understanding expected when there is effective dialogue, validated by the source and receiver of the processes, with consequent interaction.

Pleasure, Suffering and Interpersonal Communication in the Work of Nurses in the Hospital Setting

This implies recognizing expressions of pain, face turning, the person's nodding or shaking the head, or even the attribution of meaning to a moan, which can reveal people's emotion or point out changes in their physical state that demand constant approaches from professionals for evaluation and intervention.…”
