Abstract:In pursuit of potential agents to treat Chagas disease and leishmaniasis, we report the design, synthesis, and identification novel naphthoquinone hydrazidebased molecular hybrids. The compounds were subjected to in vitro trypanocide and leishmanicidal activities.
