Abstract:Granular cell tumors are rare soft tissue tumors with neural origin that present malignant potential. Perianal granular cell tumors with only subcutaneous involvement are uncommonly presented in the literature. Herein, we present the case of a 49-year-old female patient with perianal granular cell tumor of the buttock. The patient underwent successful surgical resection and remains under close postoperative follow-up.
