“…Symptoms experienced during pregnancy can include both physical symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, pelvic pain, back pain, fatigue, and difficulty sleeping, and psychological symptoms, such as worry, anxiety, and depression (Bai et al, 2016; Beebe et al, 2017). Symptoms can fluctuate throughout the course of pregnancy, causing significant disturbances that impact daily functioning, interfere with work performance, influence psychological well‐being, and limit the capacity for physical activity (PA) or exercise (Jonsdottir et al, 2020; Miranda et al, 2022).
