Bernardo et al [33] failed to demonstrate the association that would be expected between exercise/physical activity level and a good quality of sleep in a sample taken from the Brazilian military police.…”

“…Estudo realizado em 288 militares de Recife, encontraram-se níveis de insuficiência de atividade física, sendo um score abaixo de 150 minutos por semana (FERREIRA et al, 2011). Entretanto, em estudo realizado com 438 policiais militares de Florianópolis/SC foi identificado um alto índice de realização na prática de atividade física, porém, em quesito qualidade de sono, foi apontado como ruim, sendo nesse estudo, não associado a prevalência de atividade física x qualidade de sono (BERNARDO et al, 2018). GRECO, 2018;MAGNAVITA et al, 2014;VIOLATIL, 1983;BALAYAN et al, 2014).Concluindo o raciocínio sobre a proposta, a respeito da resiliência social, a mesma pode ter impacto no aumento de socialização e empatia em suas atividades fora do trabalho (CACIOPPO et al, 2015).…”
