En la actualidad, las Pymes enfrentan una necesidad notable de transformar su gestión innovadora; por lo tanto, es necesario encontrar las herramientas que potencien toda su capacidad. Para impulsar nuevas prácticas de innovación con visión abierta, es fundamental que la cultura organizacional se transforme a una cultura de innovación, para que pueda adaptar nuevas estrategias y herramientas que generen un cambio de mentalidad y se visualice a las empresas como una comunidad de oportunidades, de conocimiento y crecimiento. Este estudio tiene como objetivo encontrar información que ayude a crear una propuesta de un modelo de innovación abierta, basado en la realidad de las Pymes del sector comercial de venta de partes, piezas y accesorios para vehículos. Se levantaron datos utilizando encuestas cara-a-cara a una muestra aleatoria de los locales comerciales en estudio de la ciudad de Cuenca. La información recolectada condujo a observar los resultados de una baja implementación innovadora en las PYMES de este sector y permitió identificar herramientas que se proponen como una innovación abierta para que se viabilice y direccione de una manera adecuada la información de fuentes internas y externas, para alcanzar mejores resultados que impulsen el crecimiento de las Pymes. This paper examines how employee empowerment impacted the South African public sector. A qualitative research approach was utilised based on the narratives and stories of seven employees operating in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa from the Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affair Tourism (DEDEAT) and East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ) gathered through the use of in-depth interviews. It was found that the concept of empowerment has not been fully institutionalised in the Public sector. The research suggests strategies that managers can adopt to assist instutionalise Employee empowerment in the Public sector. This study extends and advances the literature on employee empowerment and more particularly psychological empowerment. The study found employee empowerment to be a vital tool to improve service delivery in the Public sector. However, it was found that more personalised approaches like delegation and mentorship can be institutionalised for psychological empowerment purposes. In general, the findings indicated that Employee empowerment has a positive influence on organisational performance and service delivery.

Saat ini teknologi dimanfaatkan oleh Perusahaan sebagai salah satu sarana penunjang kinerja operasional dan kegiatan perkantoran. salah satunya yaitu di bidang kearsipan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya pengembangan lebih lanjut pada sistem kearsipan di perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang sudah ada dan sedang berkembang saat ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk sistem kearsipan dan Administrasi gaji elektronik berbasis website dinamis yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi Ahli Materi dan Ahli Media serta Pengguna sesuai dengan kebutuhan. produk sistem kearsipan gaji yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi perusahaan dalam meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi pada proses kearsipan administrasi gaji. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model Research and Development Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan sistem kearsipan dan administrasi gaji elektronik (SIPAMIGA) berbasis website dinamis yang dinyatakan sangat valid, layak dan efektif untuk digunakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, dan 7 pengguna uji coba kelompok kecil. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SIPAMIGA layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai sistem kearsipan administrasi gaji.
