“…We observed increases in blood glucose level in the fish exposed to high temperature, possibly resulting from glycogenolysis to facilitate increased energy demands imposed by stressful conditions. Blood glucose level significantly increased under stress in Nile tilapia (Acar, Inanan, Zemheri, Kesbic, & Yılmaz, 2018) supported our findings. Cazenave et al.…”

“…Her lamdan rastgele en az 25 hücre sayıldı ve her görüntü kuyruklu yıldız kuyruğundaki floresan yoğunluğuna göre sınıflandırıldı. Skorlamada 0, 1, 2, 3 veya 4 (Skor 0: hasar görmemiş, Skor 4: maksimum hasar görmüş) değerleri kullanıldı [20,21]. [22].…”

“…Generally, the analytical grade imidacloprid showed no toxicity effects on the development of Zebrafish embryos even at 320 mg L −1 , on the contrary, the mortality rate of adult zebrafish ( Danio rerio ) exposed to the commercial formulation Confidor SL 200 was more influenced than the developmental larvae (Tišler et al, 2009). Also, the value of 96 h LC50 was 550 mg L −1 for L. rohita (Qadir et al, 2014) and 141.42 mg L −1 for Tilapia (Acar et al, 2018) treated with Imidacloprid. The median inhibitory concentrations of imidacloprid commercial product were informed in vitro in flounder ( Paralichthys olivaceus ), that is, 38.5 to 41.9 mg L −1 (Su et al, 2007), whereas other species such as rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) and common carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) had 211 and 280 mg L −1 96‐h LC50 levels respectively (Tišler et al, 2009).…”
