Influence of Psychological Contract Breach on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Trust

Abstract: The present research intends to understand the influence of employee's perception of psychological contract breach on their organizational citizenship behaviour and trust on employers. The study was carried out in private banks of North Delhi. Data were gathered from 90 junior level executives using convenience sampling method.
