“…The cooling method of microchannel heat sinks combined with nanofluids has become one of the effective ways to solve the heat dissipation problem of high heat flux. By comparing the heat transfer characteristics of trapezoidal, semicircular and rectangular cross-section microchannels, Vinoth et al [ 9 ] found that, compared with rectangular and semicircular cross-section microchannels, trapezoidal cross-section microchannels have the best heat transfer effect because of their larger wall area and effective inlet length, but a larger pressure drop.
