This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a proposed training program in self-efficacy improvement among female teachers for deaf and hearing-impaired and their teaching practices in inclusive classrooms. The researchers used the quasi-experimental method, which was based on pre and post-tests for two groups. The random sampling was adopted to choose, which girls' school of the Ministry of Education in Riyadh ("Education for All" Elementary School and "Success for All" Elementary School) would participate in the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group included (10) female teachers for the deaf and hearing-impaired who work in the "Education for All" Elementary School and the control group included (10) female teachers for the deaf and hearing-impaired who work in the "Success for All" Elementary School. The researchers also used three tools (prepared by them), namely: Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale for Teachers for deaf and hearing-impaired, Observation Card to measure teacher practices in the inclusive classroom, and the Training Program. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the members of the experimental group in the level of self-efficacy among the female teachers of the deaf and the hearing impaired students and their teaching practices in inclusive classrooms in the pre and post-tests for the post-tests. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the members of the experimental group and the control group in the level of self-efficacy the female teachers of the deaf and the hearing impaired students and their teaching practices in inclusive classrooms in post-tests in favor of the experimental group and there were also statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the members of the experimental group in the level of self-efficacy among the female teachers of the deaf and the hearing impaired students and their teaching practices in inclusive classrooms in follow-up and post-tests for the follow-up tests.
