В статті представлені результати вивчення репа-ративної регенерації та перебігу остеогенезу в ау-тотрансплантатах різного походження після лікві-дації дефекту кістки альвеолярного відростка верх-ньої щелепи у 60-ти щурів з різним ступенем його за-повнення. В 2018-2019 роках на території Експери-ментально-біологічної клініки Національного медич-ного університету ім. О.О. Богомольця Україна, м. Київ, групою вчених: проф. Яковенко Л.М., аспірант Кулинич М.О., лікар-інтерн Кулинич О.О. було прове-дено експериментальне дослідження на 60 білих щу-рах, гістологія та морфометрія проводилась на базі ДУ «Національний інститут хірургії та трансплан-тології ім. О.О.Шалімова» НАМН України к.м.н, гіс-толог Савицька І.М. Тварини були розділені на дві групи по 30 тварин у кожній: перша група – повне за-повнення дефекту альвеолярного відростка верхньої щелепи аутотрансплантантом, друга – на ½. Кожна група була розділена на дві підгрупи. В першій підгрупі дефект альвеолярного відростка верхньої щелепи за-повнювали остеопластичним матеріалом, взятим з великої гомілкової кістки, другій підгрупі – остеопла-стичним матеріалом, взятим з нижньої щелепи. З ек-сперименту тварин виводили на 60,90 і 120 добу після операції. Репаративна регенерація в зоні імплантації відбувалась більш інтенсивно в групі з заповненням кісткового дефекту на ½. Про це свідчить консоліда-ція, зрощення аутотрансплантанта ТНЩ з оточую-чою кістковою тканиною та завершення процесу остеорегенерації на 60 добу. Репаративна регенера-ція та перебіг остеогенезу відбувається більш повно-цінно при використанні аутотрансплантатів з ниж-ньої щелепи. З’ясовано, що заміщення сполучної та формування кісткової тканини в зоні дефекту завер-шується швидше при заповненні дефекту на ½ об'єму. Такий спосіб заповлення можна рекомендувати для використання в клінічних умовах.
