The content and features of the integration strategy in the system of strategic planning of the joint stock company are determined. The sequence of formation and implementation of the integration strategy of the joint-stock company is substantiated. Strategic alternatives for ensuring sustainable development of the joint-stock company are systematized. It is proposed to use the genetic algorithm method to solve the problem of choosing corporate integration association in order to optimize a certain set of clear corporate integration association parameters necessary for the implementation of an effective integration process. The method for calculating the synergistic effect is proposed, which is advisable to use immediately after the integration and the beginning of the operational activity of the corporate integration association, since it can be adjusted depending on the type of the corporate integration association being formed and the motives for its formation.
The purpose of the article is the study of health capital as the basis for the formation of human capital. The authors consider health capital as a new factor in economic growth in modern conditions. It is concluded that there is a high risk of a shortage of health capital due to high mortality, low fertility, and low life expectancy. There is also a shortage of investment in health care. The regional features of the development of the health capital of Ukraine in modern conditions are analyzed. The existence of regional differences in the formation of health capital is proved. The inconsistency of regional and national interests regarding the strategy of state regional policy is revealed. It is concluded that regional priorities should be such as to save and increase the health capital of health. The results of an integrated assessment made it possible to form a ranking of regions by indicators of health capital. The approaches proposed by the authors to ranking the regions make it possible to develop programs of priority measures to implement the strategic goal of healthcare. It is an increase in the quality and accessibility of medical care, drug provision, ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological safety of the country, and the prevention of infectious diseases among the population.
The main directions of development of foreign policy relations and trade and economic cooperation of Ukraine with the countries of the Middle East and Africa are considered in the article. In particular, the state of Ukraine’s foreign trade relations with the Middle East and Africa and the directions of their growth are analyzed. The existing potential for strengthening cooperation in the region has been identified and its main prospects have been outlined. The analysis of the existing institutional system of foreign trade in Ukraine is carried out. that in the conditions of deteriorating economic situation in the world and reduction of indicators of export potential of Ukraine for 2019-2020, it is quite important to form and implement institutional support for the strategy of promoting the development of domestic producers and promoting their products to foreign markets. The main factors that should be taken into account by domestic producers in the process of entering the markets of the Middle East are substantiated. The hierarchy of the purposes of institutional maintenance of foreign trade of Ukraine in the context of cooperation with the countries of the region is offered. According to the indicators of exports of goods and services to major trading partners for 2018-2020, the formation of export destinations in Ukraine. The growth of exports and the dynamics of Ukraine’s foreign trade, which in turn brings currency to the country, more investment and, most importantly, the fact that the country will become a more competitive country. The development of bilateral and multilateral relations of Ukraine with the countries of North Africa is considered in the plane of geoeconomic interests of Ukraine. This indicates Ukraine’s interest in the development of trade and economic cooperation, based on the significant potential importance of the markets of these countries for the exit of Ukrainian exporters, as the countries of the region still show significant demand for Ukrainian goods. The preconditions of practical problems of development of foreign economic relations of Ukraine with the countries of the studied region are investigated, namely that recently the geopolitical influence of the last on the world arena has essentially increased. Prospects for further research in this area are to determine the theoretical and practical prerequisites for creating a strategy to promote the export of goods and services in the markets of the Middle East and Africa. In the modern world, the question of the interaction of society and nature is one of the most acute problems among those facing humanity. Today, rapid economic development is causing a significant increase in the use and, consequently, depletion of natural resources. This necessitates the search for a new economic model that could break the link between economic growth and the depletion of natural resources. The study substantiates the theoretical aspects of eco-tourism as an important component of the strategy of sustainable development of tourism in Ukraine. The priority directions of sustainable development of tourism in the context of modernization of economic activity of Ukraine are outlined. The main directions of greening of the tourist sphere are considered. The main functions and principles of eco-tourism are formed and the relevance of the research and the need to develop prospects for the development of eco-tourism in Ukraine are substantiated. The concept of circular economy is a new economic model that manages the development of ecotourism, which allows to resolve the growing contradiction between the need to meet the growing needs of tourists and the limited number of natural, social, economic resources of host destinations in a deteriorating environment.
The article substantiates aspects that are fundamental for the economic justification of the bank selection by enterprises as the main stage in the partnership formation. It also defines the development of a bank selection procedure taking into account the financial parameters and innovative orientation of banks.The proposed procedure for selecting banks includes two blocks. The first block is the comparison of banks in terms of reliability, which is determined based on indicators for assessing their financial risks and confidence of enterprises. The second block is the comparison of the most reliable banks according to the operational capabilities of Internet banking systems (in terms of functionality) and the intensity of promotion of innovative products and services that meet the needs of enterprises.The proposed bank selection procedure is mainly based on applying the classification functions that allow the reliability-based differentiation as well as comparison of banks. The proposals submitted with the aim to develop classification functions, as well as the bank selection procedure as a whole, were tested based on the financial statements and general information on the Ukrainian banks’ activity as of January 1, 2019. The following results were obtained while testing the developed procedure: It defines the features specific to dividing the analyzed Ukrainian banks into groups (70% are high-reliability banks, 7% are medium-reliability banks, and 23% are low-reliability banks). It also highlights the fact that reliable banks are focused on innovating and developing remote services for their business clients.
