Purpose. Developing an internal assessment and quality assurance system at Ukrainian universities to increase their competitiveness in the context of globalization and internationalization of higher education. methodology. The use of systemic, structuralfunctional, institutional approaches provides an opportunity to study international experience in assessing the quality of higher education and find ways to implement it in Ukrainian realities. The use of methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, expert assessment allows the authors to develop a system of internal audit at universities. The use of a qualimetric approach allowed the authors to propose an algorithm for calculating the quality of higher education at universities based on a set of quantitative indicators. findings. The analysis of international experience in ensuring the competitiveness of higher education made it possible to identify the criteria by which the quality of education is assessed, to develop an algorithm for conducting an internal assessment of the quality of higher education and to determine the mechanism for its control at Ukrainian universities. Education quality assessment at a university consists of an analysis of basic management processes, complementary processes and improvement processes. The level of functioning of these processes affects the quality of higher education, which, in turn, makes it possible to substantiate the factors of further increasing of the productiv ity of the university in the provision of educational services. originality. A strategy has been developed for creating a system of internal quality assurance in higher education at Ukrainian universities. It can be realized through the identification of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of conducting an internal audit of the quality of higher education, as well as by analyzing international experience in ensuring the competitiveness of higher education, which is summarized in the relevant quality stan dards. An algorithm has been developed for assessing the quality of higher education at Ukrainian universities and the specificity of educational activity management has been determined on the basis of a qualitative assessment of the quality (utility) of educational services. Practical value. The results of the study can be used to implement and/or improve the mechanism of internal audit of the system of education quality at universities.
The article deals with the problem of the use of ICT means for the formation of professional competences of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature. The relevance of using e-learning resources in the system of vocational education of students-philologists is investigated. The essence of the concept of "professional competence of the teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature" is specified. The state of the use of ICT in the professional teaching of bachelors and masters of Ukrainian philology based on the analysis of the works of scientists, the synthesis of educational and methodical ideas, the generalization of their own pedagogical experience, questioning of students is determined; the experience of effective work of students of philology with ICT means in the context of vocational education is considered. The analysis of the use of e-learning tools for the mastery of Ukrainian philology by future teachers-speakers is carried out. The results of the survey and questioning of students-philologists concerning the activity and efficiency of using ICT tools in the professional training are described. It is empirically confirmed that the integration of ICT means into the traditional methodology of teaching the professional disciplines to future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature makes it possible to improve the attitude of students towards vocational education. It is provided that the blog of the Ukrainian Language Cultural Center at Kyiv Borys Hrinchenko University is a significant educational potential for the professional training of students of philology since it is an important modern tool for maintaining new ways of teaching the language and it contains accessible electronic resources that are useful for the professional growth of future language teachers and affects educational activity of students positively. This article focuses on the educational potential of the Facebook community of the mentioned Center which brings professional education closer to the student, helps him to study, communicates in the Internet, and acquires the ability to continuous education despite the distance between the members of this Facebook community. It is generalized that active activities in the environment of the Facebook community of the Center develops the skills of critical thinking, communication in the virtual space, emotional intelligence, ability to process and structure significant information of the Ukrainian-speaking direction. The prospects of research on the use of ICT means for the professional training of the teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature have been determined.
The urgency of the issue is determined by an extent social discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of information process itself and application to the diverse social spheres, its problems and threatens. The main range of the problems is connected with the constant transformation and social variability, consequently with a change of worldview's field of a person. The advantages of information society are traditionally connected with the constant development, creativity, freedom and discoveries of new ways of personal realization and communication possibilities. According to a principle of post-non-classical methodology, the authors study a problem of the value transformations in conditions of information society and determine the crucial contexts of infosocialgenesis: a context of networked coordination, ethical context and symbolic context (namely, virtualization and mythologizing of information space). The realities of modern society form various even diametrically opposed values that lead to complete devaluation of each value and deprive a worldview of its principle of consolidation are considered in the issue. The authors describe the mechanisms of person's networked coordination and demonstrate that their action (constructive and destructive) facilitates in the general process of experience enrichment which is gained via a multiplicity and simultaneity of virtual practices in different spheres (simuclarization) and often mistakenly presented as a real experience of a person. The ethical transformations of information society are considered to be closely connected with an issue of personal social stability which is not often aware of the freedom limits in information space. The symbolic context of infosociogenesis in the form of virtualization and mythologizing is characterized by the creation and social inquiry of cultural forms which are produced by virtual patterns of the reality (simulacrums).
The study is devoted to the philosophical consideration of specific features of communication and education through the use of video games. The purpose of the research was to consider the specific features of communication in the process of interaction within video games, to reveal their educational potential and the difference in their use for educational purposes. The analysis of videogame definitions has allowed focusing on their specific features, namely: interactive, rule-based nature and the need of the specific hardware. As a result, the possible types of dialogue within video games have been considered and, on their basis, the main types of interaction have been formulated for analyzing their use in education: interaction with no active player, player-videogame interaction in case of one-player videogames, player-videogame-player interaction and player-community-videogame interaction. In conclusion, the similarity of videogame playing and the learning process has been delineated in relation to the analyzed types of interaction. The authors state the further need for a comprehensive study of the specific features of each of described types due to the significant differences in the dialogue and educational potential of videogames belonging to them.
